Welcome to Eligible Sports. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all international and domestic clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Order Confirmation

All orders must be confirmed through:

Official Purchase Order (PO), or

Written email confirmation

Orders become valid only after advance payment is received.

3. Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted in agreed currency (USD, EUR, or PKR)

Prices are valid for a limited period (7–15 days)

Prices may vary due to:

Raw material cost changes

Exchange rate fluctuations

 

Final pricing is locked upon receipt of advance payment.

4. Payment Terms

We follow strict payment policies:

50% Advance – 50% Before Shipment

⚠️ Orders will not be shipped until full payment is cleared.

5. Sampling Policy

Samples are chargeable

Sample cost may be adjusted in bulk order

Bulk production begins only after sample approval

Once approved, no design-related claims will be accepted.

6. Production Timeline

Production starts after:

Advance payment

Sample approval

Standard lead time: 14–20 working days

Timelines may vary depending on order size and customization.

7. Quality Assurance

Production follows approved samples and agreed specifications

Minor variations (±5%) may occur in:

Color shade

Size

Stitching

 

Such variations are considered acceptable in manufacturing.

8. Inspection Policy

If no inspection is conducted, goods are considered accepted upon shipment.

9. Packaging & Branding

Standard packaging is included

Custom packaging and branding are charged separately

Clients must provide:

Logos

Artwork

Labeling instructions

 

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and methods are confirmed before shipment.

Delivery times may vary due to customs, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and applicable customs duties/taxes.

11. Claims & Complaints

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Must include:

Clear photos/videos

Detailed explanation

 

⚠️ No claims will be accepted after product use or resale.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns require prior written approval

If defect is verified:

Replacement in next order, or

Partial compensation

 

No refunds for custom-made products.

13. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once production begins

Advance payments are strictly non-refundable

14. Intellectual Property

All client designs/logos remain client property

Eligible Sports will not reproduce or sell client designs to others

Clients agree not to copy or misuse Eligible Sports proprietary designs.

15. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

Pricing

Designs

Business information

16. Force Majeure

Eligible Sports shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

War, strikes, or pandemics

17. Limitation of Liability

Eligible Sports’ liability is limited to:

The value of defective goods only

We are not responsible for:

Indirect losses

Business interruptions

Market damages

18. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated above. These terms override any conflicting buyer conditions unless agreed in writing.
