Answer: Our standard MOQ starts at 30–50 pieces per design for custom sports apparel. For full sublimation or custom club orders, we can accommodate smaller trial orders upon request.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Answer: Yes, we provide pre-production physical samples and fabric swatches so you can verify stitching, print quality, and fabric feel before full production begins.
How do I send my designs?
You can share your tech pack, vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG), or artwork with our team directly through WhatsApp or Email.
Do you provide custom sizing or European/US size charts?
Answer: Yes, we offer standard US, UK, EU, and Asian sizing specs, as well as Youth and Ladies fits. You can also provide your brand’s own custom measurement tech pack.
What if I don’t have a vector design or tech pack?
Answer: Our design team can assist in vectorizing your rough sketches, logos, or reference images to create production-ready digital mockups.
What printing methodologies do you offer?
Answer: We specialize in full-dye sublimation printing, screen printing, 3D silicone heat transfer, embroidery, and custom woven patches.
How long does production take?
Answer: Sample production usually takes 5–7 business days. Bulk orders typically take 2 to 3 weeks depending on quantity and order complexity.
Which shipping methods do you use for export?
Answer: We ship globally via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS Air Cargo, and Sea Freight for large container orders. Tracking numbers are provided immediately upon dispatch.
